Welcome to Luvé. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using Luvé, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Luvé provides personal styling, wardrobe editing, beauty consultancy, and personal shopping services, both virtually and in-person across London. Services are provided by appointment only.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked online or via email.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or missed without notice will be charged in full.

  • Luvé reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

  • Payments are securely processed through approved third-party providers.

  • Luvé does not store your card or financial information.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate information for your consultation.

  • You are responsible for the condition, care, and suitability of clothing or beauty products purchased on your behalf.

5. Use of Recommendations

  • Product or service recommendations made by Luvé are suggestions only.

  • Luvé is not liable for fit issues, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with third-party items.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All text, branding, logos, service formats, and visual assets on the Luvé website and marketing materials are owned by Luvé.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission.

7. Liability

  • While we aim to provide a transformative styling experience, Luvé makes no guarantee of outcome.

  • Luvé shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of services.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Updates to Terms Luvé reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
